A Bathing Ape accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original BAPE clear dust bags and pack them securely in the original shipping box to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the authenticity and condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
